These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings for bespoke group shooting trips taking place outside of the UK and Ireland, organized by Sun’s Out Guns Out Ltd (“SOGO”). References to “Organiser” mean the individual making the booking on behalf of the party and serving as the main point of contact. “You,” “your,” and “party” mean all individuals named on the booking (including persons added later). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to SOGO Ltd.

1. Contractual Agreement

By booking with SOGO, you agree to be bound by these terms, our privacy policy, and any additional written information provided prior to booking confirmation. We act as an agent for suppliers abroad; therefore, your contract will be with the relevant supplier(s) providing the travel services. Their terms will also apply.

You enter into a binding contract with the applicable suppliers when we confirm your booking in writing. Should you cancel your arrangements, cancellation charges apply as detailed below. By paying your deposit, you authorize us to collect the final balance and any subsequent adjustments from the last card used.

2. Financial Protection

SOGO provides financial protection for package arrangements as required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Your payments are protected through an ABTOT bond. Note: bookings solely for accommodation, activities under 24 hours, or certain multiple single-type services do not benefit from this protection.

3. Insurance Requirement

Adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, repatriation, and any hazardous activities is mandatory. It is your responsibility to ensure your policy covers your arrangements.

4. Group Organiser Responsibilities

The Organiser must be at least 18 years old and authorized by all party members to make the booking under these terms. They are responsible for ensuring all guest payments are made on time. If guests miss payment deadlines, they may be removed without charge.

5. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% per person (or the full balance if booking within 10 weeks of departure) is required. The balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks before departure. Failure to pay on time will result in automatic cancellation without refund of deposits.

6. Changes and Cancellations by You

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing.

• More than 10 weeks before departure: loss of deposit.
• 10 weeks or fewer: 100% of total cost.

Charges for requested changes depend on supplier policies and any additional costs incurred.

7. Changes and Cancellations by Suppliers

Suppliers may make changes or cancel arrangements due to operational reasons or unavoidable extraordinary circumstances (e.g., war, terrorism, pandemics, severe weather). In such cases, you will be offered:

• Alternative arrangements
• A refund
• Or, for significant changes, compensation if applicable

8. Special Requests & Health Considerations

Special requests must be made in writing at booking and cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to confirm that all party members are medically fit and capable of participating in planned activities. Some activities involve inherent risks or require good physical fitness; disclaimers may be required on the day.

9. Prices & Adjustments

Prices may change due to factors including exchange rates, fuel costs, or taxes. You will not be charged for increases under 2% of the total cost. Increases above 8% entitle you to cancel or accept alternative arrangements.

10. Behavior & Safety

All party members must:

• Follow event schedules and safety briefings.
• Act responsibly and safely.
• Avoid excessive alcohol or drugs before/during activities.

We reserve the right to terminate participation without a refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

We want you to have an exceptional experience with us. If you appear over the legal alcohol limit before your shooting session, you’ll be asked to take a breath test. Should your reading exceed the legal limit, unfortunately, you will be unable to participate in the scheduled shooting activity and will be required to forfeit the session.

11. Complaints

Report any dissatisfaction to the supplier immediately. If unresolved, contact us directly. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days after your event.

12. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure all party members meet passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements for your destination. We are not liable for costs arising from failure to meet these requirements.

13. COVID-19 Acknowledgment

You accept responsibility for complying with all COVID-19 guidance and understand that itinerary changes may occur due to evolving travel restrictions or health protocols. Cancellations due to COVID-19 will be treated as cancellations by you, with standard cancellation charges applying.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from your booking are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
